I have yet to work in an office with a video editor or producer who knew what they were doing with audio, so the job of recording/mixing/mastering has usually fallen to me. A lot of times, it's just making scratch tracks. But sometimes, I get to contribute my audio skills to something that makes it all the way to the public.
